Woodwind Success at Chichester Music Festival

Congratulations to the following Bishop Luffa Woodwind students who took part in the recent Chichester Music Festival. The students were entered by Emma Milne, their woodwind teacher.

 

  • Rebecca King (8Otter) solo clarinet, marked Commended.

  • Ben Taylor (9Ridgeway) and Maurice Hatton (9Wilson) saxophone duet, marked Commended and Winners of a gold medal.

  • Isabelle Fletcher (8Burrows) and Ellie Fletcher (8Andrewes) clarinet duet, marked Merit, bronze medal awarded.

  • Anna McCallum (7King) flute Solo, Merit.

  • Tom Peregrin (10Andrewes) clarinet solo, Merit.

  • Max McCallum (9King) clarinet solo, Commended.

  • Sam McCallum (12King) saxophone solo, Merit.

 

Ben Taylor (9Ridgeway) and Sam McCallum (12King) also volunteered to help all day at the festival which was much appreciated.
