Year 10 undertake Mock Interviews
For the third year in a row Bishop Luffa School and the Rotary Club of Chichester Priory have collaborated to deliver the mock interviews programme to Year 10 students. Over the three years, a total of 643 students have benefitted from the experience. The concept is that the first interview the students have should not be the one that matters.
This year the programme was delivered with the help of a pool of industry professionals who collectively over two days interviewed 215 students. The students prepare a short CV in advance, they are briefed by colleagues from the Rotary club and then have one to one interviews and personal feedback to help them in future interview situations.
Organisations that supported us this year are, Lewis Brownlee, Chichester Recruitment, The NHS, Chichester Community Development Trust, Chichester District Council, Pink Sauce Leasing, West Dean College, Tradermate Ltd, Millstream Productions, Wotter Group, Fincoco Financial Coaching, De 'Longhi Group, DEFRA, Optimum People, Algolia, BBC, Henry Adams and a group of independent professionals who gave of their time.
